Product Owners at Capgemini play a crucial role in balancing business strategy, user needs, and development efforts. They often act as proxies for our clients, communicating a compelling product vision and roadmap. Product Owners are responsible for creating and refining backlogs, assisting the team in prioritizing work that adds the most value. They are constantly exploring, innovating, and experimenting to introduce new ideas to the product. Moreover, they motivate the team to release, inspect, and adapt a continuous flow of features to ensure that the product remains usable, valuable, and feasible. As a Product Owner, you will define the digital product vision and roadmap for Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and PV Safety transformation initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to developing compliant, efficient, and user-centric solutions that streamline regulatory submissions, medical affairs operations, and safety reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide product ownership throughout the full product lifecycle. - Offer guidance on methods and lead practices for developing user stories. - Advise clients on product direction and development lifecycle. - Manage stakeholder involvement and ensure their engagement. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Computer Science, or Business Administration. - Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or PMP are advantageous.
