Website: www.purvgroup.in | www.coolcapsindustries.in Job Summary: The Senior Manager Technical Operations will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end technical operations including Production, Maintenance, QC for all rigid packaging manufacturing segment. This includes overseeing moulding production processes, managing utilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards. The role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to deliver production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end plant ops across Production, Maintenance, QC, and Utilities; deliver plan vs. actual on OEE, uptime, yield, scrap, and energy/MT. Run high-speed moulding across CCM, IMM, Preform, ESBM, IBM, ISBM; optimize cycles, cavitation, changeovers, and mould health. Lead maintenance strategy (PM/CBM), breakdown RCA, spares control; manage chillers, compressors, dryers, dehumidifiers, and calibration labs (MFI, ESCR, thickness, compression, polariscope). Ensure compliance and audit-readiness: GMP, GHP, ISO/FSSC, statutory, traceability, and documentation; quality and safety: labs and calibration (MFI, ESCR, thickness, compression, polariscope). Professionalize a messy setup: install practical SOPs, visual controls, and clean MIS; train the team and raise accountability. Think commercial: align capacity/mix with demand, cut conversion cost, recover waste, negotiate vendors, plan capex with payback. Qualifications / Requirements: BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production (or equivalent) 15-22 years in rigid packaging with PET preforms/bottles and HDPE containers. Deep hands-on with technologies like CCM, IMM, Preform, ESBM, IBM, ISBM. Expertise in Polymers: HDPE, PET, LDPE, ABS, PC, etc. Proven record turning unorganized plants into stable, professional operations.
