Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Calling Agents to manage inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil or Telugu and should also have good communication skills in English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company offerings. • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or assistance. • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately. • Follow call scripts and communication guidelines where applicable. • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and quality targets. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. You will be responsible for driving engagement, building our brand presence, and growing player communities across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven thinking and has hands-on experience in executing successful social media and content marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored for the gaming audience.  Create and grow an audience for an upcoming gaming application.  Plan, ideate, and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories, and memes) across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, and Discord.  Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging short-form videos, visuals, and copy that align with brand tone and campaign goals.  Analyze content performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and player acquisition.  Identify and capitalize on gaming trends, influencer collaborations, and viral opportunities.  Manage community engagement: respond to comments, foster discussions, and gather player insights.  Work closely with marketing and product teams to align social initiatives with game launches and updates. Requirements  2–3 years of proven experience in social media or content marketing within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.  Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.  Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).  Understanding of gaming culture, social trends, and community engagement best practices.  Basic knowledge of performance metrics, analytics dashboards, and paid social promotions.  Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Preferred Skills  Experience in influencer marketing or partnership campaigns.  Are experienced with tools like sprout social for social media posting and scheduling.  Familiarity with esports, fantasy, or casino-style gaming audiences and content trends.
