Your Role: Operations ExecutiveAs an Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our daily service delivery in Bangalore. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly—from assigning bookings to ensuring happy customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate and manage daily service bookings across the city. Match the right professional to the right customer, based on location and availability. Ensure services are delivered on time and that communication flows smoothly. Follow up with customers for feedback and resolve any issues quickly. Monitor live operations and jump in to fix delays or hiccups. Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and service schedules. Help us expand our footprint into new areas within Bangalore. Collaborate with internal teams to keep improving our service quality. What We’re Looking For:Super organized and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills—you can talk to anyone with clarity and confidence. Good at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and internal dashboards. Proactive problem-solver who can take initiative. Bonus points for experience in operations, customer support, or logistics—but not a dealbreaker. Most importantly, eager to grow in a fast-moving startup.
