Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales for our Carbonated Soft Drinks, Juices, and Mineral Water product lines. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, proven experience in FMCG/beverage sales, and strong leadership skills. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and the ability to build a high-performing distribution and retail network. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for CSD, juices, and mineral water across assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve the sales targets for each product category. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing to stay competitive. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and brand presence. Coordinate with marketing for trade promotions, schemes, and ATL/BTL activities. Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in beverage sales (experience with soft drinks, juice, or bottled water is highly preferred). Ability to manage targets under pressure and work independently. Good knowledge of local geography and distribution networks. Proficient in MS Office, Excel and other tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Fluency in local languages and English preferred.
