Role Overview: You will be joining our dynamic IT team as a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing business processes, configuring Oracle EBS modules, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, particularly in engine component manufacturing workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for various Oracle EBS modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, Inventory, and Order Management. - Configure and customize Oracle EBS to align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Support end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support. - Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation. - Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality. - Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and report development. - Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for business insights. - Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries for custom reports, interfaces, and data validations. - Deliver end-user training and prepare training materials for smooth adoption of Oracle EBS functionalities. - Stay updated with Oracle EBS advancements and suggest improvements for system enhancement. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, including at least one full-cycle implementation in manufacturing. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, Inventory, and Order Management. - Experience with Power BI and PL/SQL is advantageous. - Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Additional Company Details: Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules in EBS R12 such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Costing, BOM, and WIP will be beneficial for the role. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Workflow, along with experience in BI Publisher and XML Publisher. Soft skills including analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams are highly valued. Client-facing experience is considered a strong advantage. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS.,
