Job Description:

Hooghly Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Female Purchase Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchase operations, checking stock levels, preparing PI & PO, and negotiating with vendors to ensure smooth and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.

Maintain and monitor stock levels regularly.

Prepare PI (Proforma Invoice) and PO (Purchase Order) accurately.

Communicate and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.

Maintain proper documentation of all purchase records.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill material requirements.

Requirements:

Experience in purchase or procurement (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Local candidates preferred.

Education:

Graduate (any discipline).

Salary:

As per experience and industry standards.
