Specialising in Real Estate/Construction Industry Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers Lead high-value negotiations to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services across all projects Drive supplier performance improvements through regular audits and performance reviews Develop, monitor, and control annual procurement budgets, ensuring cost optimization Coordinate closely with project, finance, and site teams to align procurement with execution timelines Oversee and mentor the procurement team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accountability Optimize inventory levels and material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock Ensure all procurement processes and contracts comply with legal and organizational standards Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor data Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks such as price fluctuations and supply delays Generate regular reports on procurement KPIs, budget usage, inventory levels, and vendor performance Provide strategic inputs for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Travel to vendor locations and project sites as required for inspections and negotiations, Desired Candidate Profile: Proficient knowledge of procurement processes in the real estate/construction industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams Proficient in Highrise Kanixx Attention to detail and good documentation practices Willingness to travel to vendor locations and project sites when required Eligibility: Minimum 15 year of relevant experience in purchase with a developer firm,
