Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Purchase Head to lead procurement and sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining quality standards and strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify, qualify, and manage vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure cost savings and value generation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, planning, and stores teams.
Analyze market trends to forecast future supply needs and mitigate risks.
Implement vendor evaluation and performance management systems.
Lead and manage the procurement team to achieve KPIs and cost targets.
Optimize procurement systems and processes (ERP/SAP knowledge preferred).
Report to top management on procurement performance, savings, and risks.
Good knowledge about manufacturing industry with local market
