Job Title: Purchase Staff

Company: MAC Trading Company, Ezhukone, Kollam

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase building materials, sanitary, electrical, plumbing, hardware, glass, and plywood items.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with showroom and store team for stock requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and system entries.
• Check market prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Work with accounts team for invoice and payment processing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in purchasing (preferably building materials).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/ERP entry).
• Product knowledge in building materials is an added advantage.

• Salary: Based on experience
