Your duties will also encompass order processing, where you will prepare purchase orders, verify supplier invoices, and coordinate timely deliveries. You will be expected to work towards cost control and negotiation to achieve cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality. Market research will be a key aspect of your role, as you will need to analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make well-informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Sc. in Agriculture or an MBA in Agri-Business. You should have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in agri-inputs, retail, or FMCG sectors. Key skills required for this role include vendor management, negotiation, inventory control, and proficiency in ERP/Purchase software. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in Sonipat, Haryana.
