Job Profile

Procurement of all Primary & Secondary Packing Material.

Handling primary packaging

Secondary packaging material

Look after contract manufacturing and own products,

Responsible for follow up of the Loan licence party, own Product, third Party Product

Receiving shortages from the Plant on Monthly basis and arranging Materials as per Production Plant.

Follow up with suppliers & transporters to maintain uninterrupted timely supplies as per Plan

Coordinating with Packaging development dept. for approvals & queries related to Artwork.

Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, delivery dates, damages, and rejections

Checking Purchase order

Doing Reviews of pending indent every week and open order

Looking after marketing Printing Jobs

Looking after payment for all the vendors and arranging them as per payment

Regular check for Indent receiving from planning Team and converting into PO & make sure that material reaches in factory as per schedule.

Receiving Plan & shortages from factory end and arranging material on priority.

Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain mgmt. with minimum of 3 -9 years experience in a mid-sized pharmaceutical company handling the procurement of Printed & Packing Material.

Should be systems oriented and have good negotiation skills
