Help with vendor registration forms, onboarding, and payment processing. Zone 4: Purchase Orders & Invoicing Support Create and track purchase orders issued by the operations team. Ensure all vendor bills match POs and actual deliveries. Help finance team reconcile payments, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain digital copies of all POs, vendor bills, and payment records. Track warranty and service agreements linked to each major purchase. Zone 5: Issue Resolution & Internal Support If a quote is delayed — own the resolution, don’t just pass the blame.
