Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern/Executive to support our procurement team in material sourcing, vendor coordination, price comparison, and purchase management. This internship is ideal for freshers who want practical experience in procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing raw materials, products, and supplies required by the company.
• Identify potential vendors and collect quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Compare quotations to identify cost-effective purchasing options.
• Follow up with vendors on pending orders and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, invoices, and related documentation.
• Assist in tracking inventory and stock requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
• Support the team in preparing purchase orders and updating procurement sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
