Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive (Female/ Male)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily purchase activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.

· Source and evaluate new vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

· Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best rates and payment terms.

· Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

· Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice and payment processing.

· Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Maintain proper documentation of quotations, PO, GRN, and invoices.

· Assist in maintaining inventory levels by coordinating with the store and production departments.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge of purchase procedures and vendor management.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Knowledge of raw materials or chemicals used in the fragrance industry (preferred).

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Diploma in Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
