Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining purchase records—all while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, lights, sanitaryware, furniture, and other interior fit-out items.
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
• Evaluate quotes, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the store and project teams for material planning.
• Coordinate with site/project managers to ensure on-site material availability.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation for audits.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, replacements, or returns.
• Ensure purchases align with project budgets and timelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with interior materials and finishes
• Knowledge of supply chain procedures
• Good MS Excel and ERP software skills
• Time management and multitasking
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in interior contracting, architecture firms, or furniture manufacturing companies
• Exposure to vendor development and rate comparison

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
