Job Description

As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services essential to hospital operations. Your role will involve leading the procurement process, developing strong vendor relationships, creating and approving purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, managing contracts, tracking procurement budgets, evaluating supplier performance, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and preparing reports for senior management. You should have a minimum of 1 year of procurement experience in a hospital or healthcare facility, a strong understanding of medical supplies and hospital procurement protocols, excellent negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
