Purchase Executive

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best pricing and quality.
• Conduct e-bidding processes to ensure competitive pricing and transparency.
• Evaluate bids, compare quotes, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with the quality standards.
• Maintain and update supplier information and procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
• Work closely with other departments to fullfill their purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Evaluate vendor performance and develop alternate sources of supply when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role major from IT industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
