Job Description

1. Procurement & Sourcing

Identify reliable vendors and suppliers for food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

Coordinate with the stores and various departments to assess material needs.
Maintain proper stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Verify material receipts and ensure items meet required quality and specifications.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and supplier agreements.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports and submit to management.

4. Vendor Management

Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
Resolve supplier issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.

5. Coordination

Collaborate with Accounts, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams for material requirements and approvals.
Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding procurement status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,207.74 - ₹16,855.86 per month
