Role Overview

We are hiring a smart and proactive Purchase Executive [Female] to manage supplier communication, negotiate rates, close procurement deals, and support daily purchase operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers (India & International)
• Request quotations and negotiate prices
• Close offers and confirm procurement deals
• Maintain Google Sheets with updated rates & product info
• Prepare emails, data sheets, and purchase documents
• Coordinate with quality inspection & sales teams
• Build strong supplier relationships

Requirements

• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good with Google Sheets, Docs & Gmail
• Fast and accurate typing
• Candidates near Thuravoor, Cherthala preferred
• Freshers with good English & learning ability welcome
