Job Title: Purchase Executive Industry: Import-Export Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team in the Import-Export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement in line with company requirements. Key Responsibilities: Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts and prices. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Maintain stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed. Liaise with internal departments (accounts, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve any discrepancies in supply chain. Ensure adherence to company policies and import-export regulations. Prepare regular reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and supply chain innovations. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role (Import-Export industry preferred). Proficient in MS Office and email communication. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
