Role Overview: As a Procurement Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers in the electrical and civil field. You will be tasked with overseeing procurement processes, vendor relations, and purchasing strategies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Your role will also involve tracking orders, maintaining inventory levels, preparing reports, and building positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze market trends, conduct technical reviews, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Research potential vendors, compare offers, and evaluate suppliers for quality and pricing - Oversee procurement processes, vendor relations, and purchasing strategies - Track orders, establish delivery terms, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery - Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with store staff to maintain inventory - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and performance reports - Build positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and colleagues - Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving strategies - Perform technical and quality reviews of products - Ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and civil material purchase - Knowledge of electrical and civil material procurement processes Additional Details: - The job type is full-time and permanent - Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund - The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday - Yearly bonus available Please note: The ability to work in person at the specified work location is required.
