About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling regular purchasing requirements and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to build a career in purchasing and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Manage and execute the procurement process for regular material requirements. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability. Obtain quotations and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings. Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Maintain and organize store and purchase documents effectively. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their material needs and requirements. Assist in resolving any issues related to procurement processes, such as discrepancies in deliveries or invoices. Contribute to the development and improvement of purchasing procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
