Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of real estate and construction procurement and services requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating options, assisting in implementing procurement solutions, and collaborating with the project implementation and monitoring office team. Your duties will include raising purchase orders after evaluating vendors and service providers, renewing annual contracts for various projects within specified timelines, and obtaining approval for purchase requests and orders as per the established process. It will be essential to monitor procurement activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, as well as to liaise with the Accounts team for the prompt closure of all commercial agreements and invoice settlements. Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular updates on pending procurement requests to stakeholders, maintain accurate records of purchases, and keep proper inventory records up to date.,
