Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as assistant merchandiser in paper and printing products located in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, production and quality control on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Graduate with High school and Intermediate with 80% + grades. + A graduate degree in any science stream from a known college.. Production floor/ Printing mill/factory experience of 1-2 years is preferable. technical aptitude preferable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized, Focused on excellence and accuracy. Ability to work well in a team, and ability to travel at least 10-12 days a month within India and abroad. Knowledge of chemical, and technical, compliance standards in retail. Exposure to quality control procedures & reporting. Smooth working knowledge of MS office/Excel/word/outlook. Basic proficiency in written English and ability to communicate aggressively on emails.
