Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical layout diagrams for busbar fabrication. Measure, mark, cut, bend, drill, and assemble copper/aluminum busbars as per design specifications. Operate tools and equipment such as hydraulic busbar bending machines, punching machines, and cutting tools. Ensure precise alignment and secure fitting of busbars within electrical panels or switchgear. Perform necessary inspections and quality checks to ensure proper clearances, insulation, and finish. Install insulation sleeves, heat shrink tubing, or other protective materials on busbars as required. Follow strict safety procedures during fabrication and installation processes.
