Experience : Experience: At least 2- 3 years experience in selling industrial equipment Background of selling Industrial gases will be an added advantage. Good to excellent track record of sales achievements. Good understanding and experience on direct sales. Good techno commercial acumen and Value selling. Knowledge : Knowledge of the compressed air industry, Industrial Gases and its applications is an advantage. Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Microsoft Office, Teams), Customer relation management (CRM) tool. C4C knowledge will be an added advantage. Educational requirements : Education: University Degree in engineering Masters in management will be added advantage. Personal affinity : Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations. Good in English and has good understanding of the business landscape. Good interpersonal skill plus knowledge. A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision A team player who can coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets.
