Responsibilities Lead the tender process in a fair manner and identify Bidders that will best meet SBM s technical requirements, budget and schedule constrains. Job Requirements: Bachelor s or Master s degree in relevant field of Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Buyer with an Oil and Gas or EPC company.
