Role Summary: The Engineer Applied Structural Mechanical Analysis performs structural and rotor dynamic analysis and reviews for order engineering, product development and for RD for all Business Units and products. This includes optimization of the mechanical product design in accordance with customer specifications and requirements, national and international standards and internal procedures. The engineer performs mechanical and rotor dynamic analysis in all phases of the project, including input for detailed design. The key objectives are accuracy and quality of the results as well as the on-time delivery of said results. The engineer is the technical specialist on applied structural mechanical analysis for the product lines. Proficiency in leveraging AI, machine learning, and programming languages (such as C Sharp, Python, MATLAB, or C++) to improve simulation accuracy, reduce simulation time, and automate repetitive tasks. Responsibilities: Perform structural and vibration engineering analyses on the products (including pump, hydraulic turbine, valve, seal and including the auxiliary equipment) to judge the adequacy of the design in relation to the applicable design requirements and for RD activities. Conduct basic engineering calculations (like shaft deflection, pressure boundary evaluation etc.) to validate FEA results. Good hands-on FEA Analysis tools (ANSYS and Dyrobes). FEA on Pumps and Valves. Carry out Fluid Structural Interface (FSI) analysis Execute the impact of the design modification of components on the structural design. Responsibilities: Spares Order Booking /Entry with commercial review Customer clearance Activities like order entry, from commercial review till entries Revolving plan updation of orders for Planning visibility Logistics co-ordination like feasibility of consignments through aligned transporters, Dispatch Insurance Intimation to customers Vendor Registration Process - Co-ordinating with Customers and internal Team Overview of invoice Documentation and guiding Krishnamurthy for post-dispatch on documentation front Monthly AR statements to Distributors and Customers Preparing Invoice with thorough review on all commercial aspects for documentation Treasury management including Letter of Credit, ABG and PBG Follow up with customer any deviation and clarification for ABG, PBG and LC Follow up communication with bank on above Bank Guarantee and Letter of credit Vetting Follow up penning Statutory C form Payment follows up and Monitor customer account details and identify and investigate non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Basic Qualification: Post Graduation or Engineering Graduation 4-5 years of experience Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements: Work from office (travel 20%) Key competencies: Commercial Knowledge Excellent Communication Skills ERP Competencies Basic Technical Knowledge What we Offer: We are all owners of the company!
