Reporting to the Associate Technical Director/Technical Director, you will be responsible for technical delivery of the project-related tasks to meet budget, timeframe and quality targets, meeting, or exceeding client expectations, promoting and marketing all facets of Arcadis' services during interfaces with clients and other sectors and disciplines, contributing towards the achievement of the divisional business plan and building networks within the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met. - Maintain customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME). MBA Degree is an added advantage - Proficiency in English; knowledge of local / additional languages is a plus. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. - Value-Selling Mindset & Keen to learn Experience : For Sales Managers – 10 to 12 years of Experience in Industrial Product Sales preferably Pumps For Associate Sales Managers – 7 to 9 years of Experience in Industrial Product Sales preferably Pumps Work Environment: - Frequent travel to client sites. - Dynamic and fast-paced environment.
