Greetings of the season..!!! We are scouting for a Sales Manager to be associated with a leading Industrial Machinery Manufacturing organization. Experience:6 + Years Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for DG Sets across designated regions. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and key accounts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on DG Sets, including load calculations, power system design, and hybrid power options. Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from proposal preparation to contract negotiations and deal closure. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in diesel generators, power solutions, or industrial equipment. Technical Proficiency: Strong background in power generation systems, backup power solutions, and hybrid energy solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
