Greetings From Sodexo !!! Roles and Responsibilities Manage mechanical maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management. Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of various equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Chillers, ETPs, HTPs, Pumps (centrifugal & jockey), VRVs/VRFs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all mechanical operations. Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing downtime and improving overall plant efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial setting. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU/FCU), cooling tower operations (chiller), pump systems (centrifugal & jockey). Proficiency in working with ETP/HTP/VRV/VRF technologies.
