The job based in Pune requires 3 to 7 years of experience. Your responsibilities will involve implementing pulse operations training channel partners and onboarding them. You should have expertise in solving issues by collaborating with the backend team to ensure a smooth user interface for GOEM's, dealers, and the Sales team. Training new employees, dealers, and channel partners on using the system will also be part of your role. Other duties include pulse implementation, training GOEM and KGD on pulse operation, IBG order entering and tracking, order execution, bug checking in the system, sharing updates through PPT, supporting IBG sales function in order processing, ERP order processing, and having pulse knowledge.,
