Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pulmonologist & Critical Care specialist at Shekhar Hospital, located in Shahjahanpur, 242001 Uttar Pradesh. The Pulmonologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating critical diseases and conditions related to the respiratory system. Day-to-day tasks include performing patient consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, managing chronic respiratory conditions, and providing critical care for patients with severe respiratory issues. The Pulmonologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and will also be involved in patient education and preventive care initiatives.

Medical Facilities

10 bed proper ICU which is mostly 70-100% full. Standard Investigative facilities such as Pathology, Blood Bank, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Color Doppler, CT Scan, MRI, Gastroendoscopy etc. Support Physician, Trained Nursing staff, EMOs are available.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum 2 years experience in a reputed ICU
• Experience with treating Asthma and Allergy-related conditions
• Strong background in general Medicine with a focus on respiratory conditions
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Board certification in Pulmonology
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the region
