As a Quality Control Inspector, your role involves monitoring all shop floor activities including In process, Finish, Packaging & Labelling as per laid down procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Inspection of all raw materials & Packaging Materials along with proper documentation - Ensuring that the product complies with product master specifications - Approval and issuance of correct labels - Analysis of defects and implementation of corrective and preventive actions - Verification of Device History Record (DHR) and other controlled/uncontrolled documents as per defined intervals and Quality Plan - Reporting any deviations or discrepancies found in In-process activities, Finished goods, Packaging & labelling to the concerned persons/seniors - Following up on feedback for in-process and finished goods and updating the hold material register - Performing Line Clearance and First Part Approval for machines and packing - Conducting patrol inspections at regular intervals and random visual inspections for finished products - Ensuring AAMI test/Pull Test is carried out for every type of product manufactured and in compliance with the Quality Plan - Conducting pouch sealing tests and monitoring data - Verifying Master Device Record (MDR) tests and 15 days tests done in the shift - Timely verification of Product release reports - Maintaining all records as per the requirements - Providing training and skill development for QC inspectors - Coordinating with the marketing team for pre-dispatch inspections - Sending samples for microbiological testing as per schedule This job requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams within the company.,
