Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and managers. Oversee staff management and support employees in their workflow and development. Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining discipline, workplace culture, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and practices aligned with company goals. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and workplace issues. What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
