The incumbent for the Tech Lead - Quality Assurance position in the Digital Business division will be responsible for creating and leading the quality engineering and automation framework for the SonyLIV platform's analytics product. The role requires a thorough understanding of data analytics testing, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Job Requirements: - Minimum educational qualification of B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science - Working knowledge of OTT based Analytics applications - Experience in software quality assurance, particularly in data analytics testing - Experience with end-to-end integration validation of analytics systems within the eco-system, including Front end applications, API, GA, and Ads systems - Automation of API/UI/Unit tests and integration with CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Google Analytics tools and services Process Automation Responsibilities: - Design and implement automation frameworks for front-end and back-end systems using industry-standard tools - Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Appium, Pytest, Android Studio, Xcode, Eclipse, Jenkins, Jira, etc. - Establish quality processes and metrics for applications across platforms - Adapt and improve processes and methodologies as required Knowledge Management Duties: - Develop automation dashboards and reports for quality engineering - Evaluate new technologies and methodologies in a timely manner Critical Competencies for Success: Behavioral: - Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities under pressure - Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail - Prioritization skills and ability to cope with competing demands - Comfort with ambiguity and urgency, with a focus on results and excellence - Collaborative and inquisitive mindset with analytical thinking and creativity Technical: - Proven experience in formulating test strategies and automation frameworks for data-driven applications - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, etc., for automation tasks - Understanding of Ads systems and native/web platform apps - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms - Strong programming and logical skills Other Personal Characteristics: - Bright, quick, and a team player with independence of thought - Excellent communication skills, high energy, and motivation - Positive outlook, ability to deal with ambiguity and risks - Business acumen, strategic thinking, and assertiveness - Ability to voice opinions professionally and influence decisions Why join us Sony Pictures Networks offers a dynamic work environment with leading entertainment channels and a promising streaming platform like Sony LIV. Publisher & Inventory Manager About the Role Are you a seasoned professional with deep connections in the MENA digital advertising landscape? Do you thrive in managing publisher relationships and optimizing inventory for maximum impact? We're looking for a Publisher & Inventory Manager to lead strategic partnerships, onboard premium inventory, and drive revenue growth in the GCC market. Key Responsibilities Identify and collaborate with publishers across Display, Video, Native, Connected TV, Gaming, DOOH, EDMs*, and more. Secure strategic partnerships with publishers, aligning on inventory opportunities, revenue-sharing models, and contracts. Onboard publisher inventory onto SSPs such as GAM (mandatory), Xandr, and PubMatic (preferred) while handling technical integrations. Manage revenue-share calculations and process publisher payouts efficiently on a monthly basis. Conduct periodic reviews to optimize publisher relationships and maintain a strong industry presence. What We're Looking For MENA market expertise, with solid **publisher connections and relationships. Hands-on experience* with SSP integrations, GAM (must-have), Xandr & PubMatic (preferred) . A detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC digital advertising ecosystem .
