Key Responsibilities: Design and format visually appealing and reader-friendly book layouts for print and digital publication. Work with editors, authors, and content teams to ensure consistency in typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Create engaging covers, chapter openers, page templates, and infographics as per genre and audience. Ensure proper alignment with publishing standards, including margins, bleed, and trim settings. Deliver print-ready and digital-ready files as per specifications (PDF, EPUB, etc.). Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining overall creative integrity. Key Requirements: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong understanding of typesetting, layout principles, and visual balance Experience designing for academic, fiction, non-fiction, or childrens books Knowledge of file formatting for print (CMYK, 300 DPI) and digital platforms Eye for detail, consistency, and a strong design aesthetic Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
