Publisher Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts Non APAC)

As a Publisher Account Manager at CJ Affiliate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with top-tier enterprise publishers in the U.S. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, cultivating partnerships, and achieving results in the dynamic field of affiliate marketing. Your responsibilities will include strategic account management, where you will oversee a portfolio of high-value publisher accounts and serve as their main point of contact. You will proactively identify and implement optimization strategies to boost revenue and ensure long-term growth. Building strong relationships with publisher stakeholders will be essential to foster collaboration and drive innovation. Collaboration with internal teams such as client services, tech, and product departments will be key in delivering scalable solutions and meeting collective objectives. Leveraging market insights and data trends, you will guide partner strategies and provide valuable thought leadership to publishers. Additionally, you will lead contract negotiations to secure favorable placements and partnership terms while closely monitoring and reporting on publisher performance to address any underperformance promptly. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of experience in account management or business development within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing. Your proven track record in managing enterprise accounts in the U.S. market, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in affiliate networks, Excel, and reporting tools will be crucial. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
