As the Regional Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the Regional P & L targets set by the management. You will be required to closely monitor and execute operational strategies in alignment with the business plans. Building and nurturing strong client relationships with major accounts and potential clients in the region will be crucial. A key aspect of your role will involve ensuring appropriate staffing levels within your area of responsibility. This includes identifying training needs, resource requirements, and effective utilization of resources. Collaborating with the regional sales team, you will work towards developing the HSE business within the region. Timely and accurate invoicing of all services provided to clients, as well as achieving monthly collection targets, will be essential tasks. Facilitating team building activities to ensure smooth operations and managing various LTOs in compliance with NABCB guidelines are also part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with corporate standards, including adherence to the Code of Ethics, BV Values, corporate identity, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will drive business development initiatives for the construction and In-service Verification Business Lines, focusing on site safety coordination, safety audits, fire life safety, electrical safety, and lift audits. Identifying prospective clients, creating a robust database, and proactively pursuing major projects, opportunities, and tenders will be integral to your role. You will engage in activities such as preparing and submitting pre-qualification documents, expressions of interest, offers, and tenders. As part of your business development efforts, you will visit prospective clients to showcase BV HSE services, understand client needs, and follow up on opportunities. Utilizing marketing tools effectively, including presentation materials, company profiles, service sheets, and reference lists, will be crucial. Engaging with various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to promote the organization and its services will be necessary. Additionally, conducting HSE, fire life safety, and construction compliance audits will be part of your responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.,
