ThePR Strategistat Talrop will serve as the strategic communication partner to theCEO and Board of Directors, strengthening the organisation's public image, stakeholder relationships, and brand positioning. This role drives high-level communication strategies, manages media relations, and ensures flawless planning and execution of events, announcements, and public-facing activities.
The ideal candidate is a communication expert with strong strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage high-stakes, confidential information with maturity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic PR & Communication
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the CEO's vision and organisational goals.
- Craft high-quality speeches, press statements, CEO messages, and communication briefs.
- Maintain the organisation's public image across media platforms, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
- Manage reputation, crisis communication, and sensitive public announcements.
Media Relations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media houses, digital channels, and public forums.
- Coordinate interviews, press meets, and media interactions for the CEO and senior leadership.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official communication materials.
- Track media coverage, prepare reports, and ensure narrative consistency.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute high-impact events involving the CEO/Boardconferences, product launches, visits, ceremonies, and stakeholder engagements.
- Ensure flawless event logistics, brand representation, and key messaging.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Founder Office, Operations) to align event objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with government bodies, industry associations, partners, investors, and key external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationship mapping and follow-up mechanisms for high-value networks.
- Represent the CEO's office during external communication initiatives when required.
Content & Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all public communication channels.
- Oversee content for thought leadership articles, interviews, speeches, and social media presence for the CEO.
- Provide inputs for brand positioning, campaigns, and strategic communication initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing
, or a related field.
Experience:-
4+ years of experience
in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.- Experience working directly with CXOs, board members, or high-level executives is preferred.
- Proven success in managing media relations, events, and high-impact communication strategies.
