Public Relations Officer(Female)

As a Public Relation Officer, your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for all parent and student inquiries related to campus facilities. You will represent the institution professionally during campus visits, meetings, and external interactions. Providing detailed information and guided tours to prospective students and parents will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Handling queries effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication will be key. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal departments to provide timely updates and responses to stakeholders. Keeping records of interactions and feedback from parents/students to facilitate continuous improvement is also part of your duties. Furthermore, you may be required to assist in organizing campus events and promotional activities.
