Public Relations Officer(Female)

The Public Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for all parent and student inquiries related to campus facilities. You will represent the institution professionally during campus visits, meetings, and external interactions. Providing detailed information and guided tours to prospective students and parents will be a key responsibility. Handling queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication is essential. You will coordinate with internal departments to provide timely updates and responses to stakeholders. Maintaining records of interactions and feedback from parents/students for continuous improvement is also expected. Additionally, assisting in organizing campus events and promotional activities when required will be part of your role. Female candidates with proven experience in a similar role, preferably with reputed educational institutions or corporate brands, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a pleasant personality, and be a confident public speaker. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. A graduate in any discipline is preferred, with a background in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Public Relation Officer or in the Education Industry. The work location will be on the road.
