Public Relations Officer ( Marketing )

Responsibilities

• Patient & Family Liaison: Act as a point person for patients, addressing concerns, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience from admission to discharge.
• Communication Management: Develop and disseminate information to the public, media, and internal stakeholders; manage press releases, social media, and crisis communications.
• Public Image & Reputation: Shape and maintain the hospital's public image through strategic PR, community outreach, and marketing efforts.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, community groups, and other external partners.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute health camps, press conferences, and promotional events.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, public speaking, crisis management, media handling, and cultural sensitivity.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and Hospital Admin; relevant experience in healthcare or communications is often required.

Career Growth

• PROs can advance to Senior PR Officer, PR Manager, Communications Head, or transition into hospital administration or branding roles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
