Public Relations Officer

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the Media & Entertainment industry based in Erode, you will play a crucial role in managing our media brand's public image. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing PR campaigns, maintaining press relations, organizing media events, and enhancing the visibility of our content and talent among the public. You will be tasked with devising and implementing PR strategies for our shows, talent, and company achievements. Building and nurturing strong relationships with media professionals and influencers will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials. Coordinating interviews, press events, and product launches will also fall under your purview. Monitoring media coverage and effectively managing reputation and crisis communication will be key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of PR experience in the media or entertainment sector. Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven track record in event coordination and strong media contacts. Experience in digital media, talent PR, or entertainment journalism will be highly regarded. This is a full-time, permanent role with a preference for candidates who can work in person during day shifts. A yearly bonus is part of the compensation package.
