Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Press Management

· Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

· Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and newsletters.

· Build and manage relationships with media houses, journalists, and bloggers.

· Handle media outreach and ensure positive media coverage for events, campaigns, and initiatives.

· Monitor media mentions and manage the organization’s reputation proactively.

· Assist in crisis communications by crafting timely and appropriate responses.

Marketing Influence & Brand Engagement*

· Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to promote key campaigns.

· Plan and execute social media promotions and influencer-led campaigns.

· Identify target audiences and design engagement strategies that boost visibility and support.

· Develop and maintain brand partnerships that align with the organization’s values and goals.

· Assist in campaign management including planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Content & Communication

· Write and edit content for media, blogs, emailers, and social platforms.

· Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all channels.

· Work closely with design and digital teams to develop creative content for campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PR, influencer relations, and digital communications (agency or NGO background preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
• Strong media network across traditional and digital outlets.
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Hootsuite/Buffer, etc.
• Ability to multi-task across campaigns, audiences, and content formats with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social development, skilling, education, or livelihood sectors is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,088.72 - ₹50,948.43 per month
