Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly personable and articulate Public Relations & Guest Services Executive. This vital role involves providing exceptional first impressions, assisting visitors with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone entering the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, guests, and residents.
• Provide comprehensive information about the organisation, its facilities, programs, and daily activities.
• Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and general support.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and a positive demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Address any immediate concerns or direct them to the relevant personnel for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in additional languages will be a significant advantage.
• Personality: A naturally pleasant, warm, and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, clear diction, and the ability to articulate information effectively and politely.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
