Public Relations & Corporate Communication Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations & Corporate Communication Leader to drive the organization's brand visibility, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing communications for leading organizations within the Power, Energy, or Manufacturing sectors and must possess strong expertise in strategic communication, media relations, and crisis management.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Communications & PR:- Develop, implement, and manage the overall corporate communication and public relations strategy aligned with organizational goals.- Drive brand positioning and thought leadership initiatives across multiple platforms.- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.- Lead press releases, corporate announcements, media briefings, and PR campaigns.Corporate Branding & Reputation Management:- Enhance the organization's visibility and brand image through strategic content and storytelling.- Monitor public perception and media coverage, ensuring positive representation of the organization.- Manage crisis communication effectively to protect the company's reputation.Internal & External Communications:- Lead employee communication programs, newsletters, and leadership messaging to foster a strong internal brand.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Digital & Social Media Strategy- Oversee the company's digital PR and social media presence to enhance engagement and outreach.- Manage corporate website content, blogs, and thought leadership articles to position the company as an industry leader.Stakeholder & Government Relations:- Work closely with regulatory bodies, government authorities, and industry associations to represent organizational interests.- Facilitate communication strategies for CSR initiatives and community engagement.
