Preferred Background: Candidates with strong exposure in handling hospital PR, patient relations, referral networks, community outreach, and media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the communication bridge between the hospital, patients, and public.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, media, and the community.
• Promote hospital services through strategic outreach and networking.
• Handle patient feedback, grievances, and public communication channels.
