We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Real Estate to lead and manage the complete sales cycle at Diya Greencity , a landmark affordable housing project in Ghaziabad. Key Responsibilities: Close high-ticket real estate deals and handle end-to-end sales pipeline. Onboard, train, and manage Channel Partners (CPs). Handle property listings and lead performance across portals like 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks. Ensure fair lead allocation between CPs and in-house sales executives. Meet walk-in and organic customers; drive conversions. Resolve CP conflicts and improve lead-to-sale ratio. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams for better lead quality. Guide content/graphic teams on legally compliant marketing materials. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 58 years experience in Real Estate Sales (preferably Affordable Housing or High-Velocity Projects). Strong public dealing and communication skills. Prior experience with reputed builders or CP networks preferred. UPRERA Agent License (preferred but not mandatory).
